The Texas Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (Texas EHDI) Pilot, which ran from 2008 – 2011 was deemed a huge success! Providers in Fort Worth, Houston, McAllen, Plano/North Dallas, and Tyler communities partnered put forth amazing efforts to collaboratively work to improve the local EHDI referral process on behalf of children and families affected by early childhood hearing loss in their area!
